"Regarding the dress question: I would never expect nor want my child's teachers to be wearing dress pants, dress shoes, etc. I want them wearing yoga pants, tennis shoes, things they can comfortably move around in so that they can interact with my child. Business casual dress for teachers of 2-year-olds is unreasonable. It's also worth saying that we miss having Sam as the director. I felt like she genuinely cared about my concerns. The new director seems like she doesn't like her job (hopefully that's not true!), gives a dry, aloof welcome if she's at the front door, and just not easy to communicate with. I hope that will change. As for my son's teachers, I absolutely love them! They seem to really care about my son. They're excited to greet him, they give him a warm goodbye. He LOVES going to school. And they always take the time to tell me how he did for the day and give me updates, which I appreciate MORE than I can say! Seriously, Karissa in the 2-year-old room is the best and needs a raise!"
