"School is great. Is there ANYTHING that can be done to get the parking lot paved?! It is a mess in the winter - ice everywhere because it is so uneven and the snow can't melt and drain, so it pools. Literal pools. And the rain in the spring/summer is just as bad. Please!!!!!"

"There should be a place we can leave our car seats so they do not have to be in our cold cars all day and cold when we pick our children up. Also if there is a emergency and someone else is picking up the car seat should be there with them."

"The school it’s self is great. However with it being some sort of coorporate franchise- I was very upset one day when I needed to call the school while My children were there and didn’t have the local school number handy. I could not easily locate it on the internet as I would expect. I called the 1-800 number I found online and it was a series of giberish sales talk unrelated to getting to to talk to the school. This is an awful thing and I was very upset that I couldn’t reach the local school. The 1-800 number sounded so gimmicky and like a scam. Makes me wonder what the corporate tutor time office is like and would really turn me off if the teachers at my school were not so great and nice!"

"Overall, I am very happy with the school because I feel like the teachers really love my children. I feel that my older child has been ready for kindergarten since he was 4."

"I love this school and all the teachers. The only thing I would suggest is that during winter the parking lot of the entire complex be taken care of a lot better. Parents and kids can slip and I don’t think this is the teachers/staff responsibility, it should be the complex’s. I don’t want to see the teachers doing that."

While all the staff that we’ve encountered are wonderful, Miss Lisa is phenomenal and I love seeing my child’s face light up when we walk in for drop off every morning and just grin ear-to-eat when he sees Miss Lisa! I think one thing that borders me the most is the extra 30.00 dollars that it charges for a weekly price when I do not submit payment earlier in the week, if the money is being paid during the week it should not charge a late fee. This should be removed. Not happy about that. For the most part teachers a good. The director is great and always pay attention and listens to my concerns, the director shows that she cares but not all staff members are the same."

"I like the school, the teachers, environment and care provided so far. However, I have heard some concerning incidents (gaps in care) from a friend whose child is enrolled in a different class in this school and that is making me a bit uncomfortable though I have not directly experienced anything negative so far. So, overall it has been very pleasant thus far and I hope my child continues to learn, grow and have fun here and continues to receive loving care."
