"Love the school. All the teachers and staff are very good but our sons Pre-K teacher Miss Betty is amazing. My only complaint is that when I come to pick up my son in the afternoon he could be in any of 10 different class rooms and as a parent it irritates me to see classes being rearranged so that teachers and staff can be sent home. I get that it’s a business and Tutor Time always maintains state requirements but it’s offensive because to me the priority is cutting costs and sending home staff versus happy adjusted kids."

"We came to this school because of the director and she has lived up to all my expectations. She always addresses issues that need addressing, is on top of everything and i feel like she cares about my kids & their experience.The teachers also appear to love their jobs & are invested in the children's care/education"

"I have been very happy with the teachers and the program and Tutor Time. My child enjoys going to school and seeing his friends and teachers, which is important to me. I also like the availability of a variety of extracurricular activities. Parents night out is awesome too!My constructive criticism is; for the 2’s class, add another teacher if possible. My child was only in that class for a short time but we were not as happy. The kids are so small and mobile, but not great at following instructions, and also potty training happening - it always felt very hectic during drop off and pickup. I would hesitate to put another child in that classroom, unless the ratio has already changed, which I admit I don’t follow at all. Also, I’m not sure how often the carpets are cleaned but a lot of the classrooms smell kind of “funky”."

"The first classroom was great, our girl was happy and well taken care of. moving up to the 2 year old room with aggressive kids and no teachers around was a disaster and my girl got bitten 3 times in a few days and she started to be very defensive and unhappy. Many timest when picking her up I saw kids taking toys away from her and pushing her and the teacher was never able to interact because she was stuck changing a diaper. When my girl started copying this behavior , she was starting to be very aggressive and unhappy, hurting other kids, that is when we decided this was enough and not what we want her to be a part of. She started in another preschool 2 days later and is back to being happy, playful and caring. Tutor Time step up your game!"

"The teachers are amazing at the Stevenson Ranch Tutor time. We pay so much to have our child go here. In particular Betty and Ana from PreK class are worth their weight in gold!! The increasing costs, expensive programs and division of those that pay can only do activities is a true disappointment. It would be great to see many more programs offered to all students."

"I wish the cleanliness of classrooms be improved. Specifically, preschool and two's classrooms have a bad smell probably because of old and dirty carpets. During 2 years of my child's enrollment I haven't seen restroom in clean state. Also teachers forget to put gloves when they serve food."

"This Tutor Time has too many turnovers with the overall staff. The curriculum has been pretty solid but what is very frustrating and disappointing are the various price increase in tuition coming down from the corporate level. There are numerous Tutor Times in the area and their tuition is a lot less expensive than the Tutor Time of Stevenson Ranch. I've had numerous discussions with numerous parents and the general consensus is that the random price increases seem to be a concern."
