"This school is the best school! I got transferred to a new location at my work. So I thought I'd move Lincoln to Child time at 22 and Hayes.... I quickly returned to tutor time at 14 Hayes. Adding an extra $25/week and an extra hour to my commute when I bring him. Why? Because Jill know how to run her school. She follows all policies which is great but what's even better her staff follows them all too. You get the since that the teachers there love their jobs and love working for Jill. Which then shows through your child. Happy staff = happy child. I'll never risk transferring again. My child is loved and I feel it. The teachers make the parents feel great! Miss Melanie is amazing too! When grabbing my son both Jill and Melanie are always so polite and helpful to the parents! Especially new moms with questions. Phenomenal school with phenomenal care all around! You all should be proud!"

"A lot has changed in the enrollment options since we started coming. If we have a second child, it will be tough to continue to stay with this school since the options are limited and don't match our current enrollment options."

When my son moved beyond to early preschool and teachers started to change that is when I noticed a change. This could be to staff turnover or the ratio. However, this is an item I struggle with, and keeping him in the same location."

"I have looked into other schools and the atmosphere was not what I wanted. Tutor Time is clean and organzied and well run. I am on state aid and could easily take my son someplace else that is free for me. I refuse because the other facilities I have toured are unkempt and do not keep up on lock codes and safety."

"I enjoy having my child go to Tutor Time. The biggest complaint I have is the billing system. They add charges during the week and then expect them to be paid by the end of the week, even if you've already paid your weekly tuition rate you will get late notices because they posted something after you've paid, not because you didn't pay the bill timely. The watch me grow option is great but they have the kids placed in areas where you can't see them, and with the new construction the room isn't remodeled very effectively. You have to walk to the other side of the room to put something or get something my the children's cubbies."

"This school has a very strong curriculum and a solid program. The director and assistant director work very hard to make the school an enjoyable place and are always there for parents. The one thing needing improvement is some of the teacher’s attitudes and communication. They often seem very unhappy to be there."
