I can always tell what she’s been working on because she’ll start rhyming, counting, or referencing letter sounds in everyday life. I do wish there was a little more communication when injuries occur in aftercare though. Sometimes she forgets or is afraid to tell me what happened."

"We have had a good experience however, there is a lot of miscommunication. We enjoy the use of the brightwheeel app however, it is not always consistent with pictures and updates. I love that my son has his own cubbie and crib but when I come to pick him up in the evening he is often in a different crib. Does this mean the sheets are changed? All of the staff members are very sweet however, they do not communicate with one another. There is a different teacher there in the evenings when I pick up so she cant offer any insight to how the day went for the child outside of what is in the bright wheel app. Although I see cleaning taking place in the evenings like vacuuming mopping etc, I never seem things being wiped down like toys bouncers, rocking chairs or high chairs being sanitized. We are happy the staff will take the time to give meds to kids but the protocol about forms and documentation is not well known by anyone but the director. This causes a lot of confusion if the director is not present. Same goes for rates during holiday weeks. The director was not there and the woman at the front desk did not know. We really enjoy formula, baby food,baby cereal, pampers and wipes being included in the price this is something many daycares do not offer. Lastly, the staff members are very friendly but it seems there is a high turn over rate as I am seeing different faces every week. We also love the security measures for getting into the building and checking out child in and out. We like the ability to able to pay online. I cannot confirm many activities going on in the infant room. It is not clear to me more is going on but babysitting."

"My spouse is the primary point of contact with the school and has developed all of the relationships with the staff and they have had nothing but VERY positive things to say about it. We were even accepted into the fancy program available at my workplace for kids, and we turned it down in favor of yours because my spouse felt their interactions with the instructors suggested our child's experience would be more substantive at Tutor Time."

"We have had some REALLY great experiences with certain teachers and others have left a bad taste in our mouths, so to speak. I feel confident that certain teachers (some who aren't even my child's actual teacher) love my child and I can see how much he loves them; however for others, it seems very obvious they do not care for my child or think he is difficult, and in turn, he panics when he is dropped off with them. When dealing with his age range, patience, love, and empathy are required in experience our first two years at Tutor Time but this year in particular has been a struggle."

"Tutortime had provided a safe and nurturing environment for my child. I'm notified quickly when he's sick and the teachers communicate well about any new developments. He continues to hit all his milestones and his social development had grown dramatically."
