"Overall experience as I mentioned above is that the teachers are genuine, loving people. However, the ratios are not realistic and for the overall cost of the program it saddens me to see that they are not able to provide an additional resource. It is very difficult to see that in many of the classrooms teachers are only able to be sure that basic needs for each child are met. They are not able to interact with each child as they should and it is very disappointing and quite honestly heart breaking. It makes it difficult to want to take your child somewhere when you know your child may sit and cry for 30 + minutes before a teacher is able to attend to them. If their basic needs are met (feeding,nap, diaper) then they have to sit and wait because they need to tend to another infant that has one of those needs. Sometimes babies want to feel cuddled, talked to, or are teething and need that extra hug and the teachers are not able to always provide that when they have too many to care for. In my previous experience, sign language was taught to infants, activities in the classroom that provided sensory play, gross and fine motor activities, outdoor introduction, etc. and this is done at a minimum due to the amount of children in the classroom. Very upsetting."

"I personally love my teachers and my school and have had many families enrolled based on my recommendation. Ever since new management appeared, the tone feels different. Our director is fine but whoever is above her clearly made changes that are not positive to my teachers and their needs. Happy teachers make happy kids. The school is not broken, so please let Maria run it the way she sees fit. Shes done an amazing job!"

"Overall, a pretty good experience I'd say. We had an issue with safety as it relates to another child's behavior, however it was somewhat resolved by moving our child into another room. But we love that most if not all of the lead teachers have 13+ years of experience there and that we can live stream check in on them via video most of the time. They learn well and get that social interaction with others. We also love the direct easy communication that we are able to have with the teachers in our child's classroom via text through the app. The teachers are quick to respond. Through the app, we also love that we can hear about the different activities they're involved in, what books they're reading, etc. so that we feel like we're still a part of their day and can discuss what they did in school."

"Overall, we feel safe and happy with the service and care provided to our little one. We only have one problem and that is with continued blowouts at daycare when we have zero issues at home. This is frustrating because it ruins our childs cloths and can be prevented. Other than this, we are extremely happy and more importantly, our child seems happy while at daycare."
