"This school was heaven sent during a pressing time for me as a grandmother caring for 2 grandchildren and being an essential worker. I cannot thank the Directory Cheryl Graham and her staff enough for their professionalism, there smiles, and words of encouragement. Also, my grandchildren love the school. I see the transition to this school has had a dramatic change on both of my grand daughters well over a short period of time. I love the bright wheel app and the comfort of knowing what is going on throughout the day. I also love that I don't have to pack lunches in the morning, or bring the essentials needed for a one year old. Takes a load off for a working person. I also love that other parents shared the same opinion of the school as I do. I am also satisfied with my questions and concerns always answered and staff always willing to help whatever the situation. I just can't say enough about this school."

"We used to love it and consider the staff an extension of our family and our village. As our family grew we knew we wanted to continue our shared growth. Staff and more importantly administrative changes have promoted a poor quality environment. Staff are unprofessional and untrained. No communication or follow through. Rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate director that is only concerned about herself than her staff, facility, or most importantly the students. This is just a job for most of these folks, not a passion. There is no development for nurturing, safety, caring, growth, education. Unfortunately we need to find a new village to support us."

I feel safe dropping her off everyday knowing she is in great hands. My daughter has came a long way in such a short period of time. "My daughter loves this school. She was at a different school for 8 months and we could not get her to interact with other children or even her teachers. After less than a week at this school she was making new friends and interacting with both staff and students and is less shy and knows so much when she comes home. "Managment is very money hungry.. everyother day they lose my sons cup,sheet,clothing, and ect.
Last week my child caught hand, foot and mouth disease. When i questioned sam about why this happened ,she said in the most passive aggressive way that my child was to blame....even though she told me a day prior that my child was the 3rd case to be reported. I cant speak for all managerial staff, but sam is definitely a peice of work. Sam (who is the lead) continuously hounds me for payments, even if im only a day or two late.( i get paid on friday and so im hard pressed to make the dealine each time) You would think she would give more leeway seeing as my son was not able to go to daycare for 3 days because of there improperly cleaned facility,but that isnt the case at all. I even asked her if we would be reimbursed for my sons lost items, she reponed with a open ended answer and no solution .just recently she emailed me saying i couldnt bring my son to daycare unless i paid 2 weeks in advance..so with that being said i wouldn't recommend this place unless your ok with with your childs possessions being lost, constantly being honded for payments, and your child possibly being exposed to infectious diseases.. i can not stress enough that Sam is a passive aggressive person , who gives backhanded apologizes, and only cares about the money being profited off your childs enrollment"

"I love the school. The teachers are amazing and very good to their students. Illness needs to be taken more seriously between parents and the staff, but outside of that, my child is happy, loved, and learning things very quickly!"

"Director has always been wonderful and very organized. Love the convenience of the online payment system. Also love the brightwheel app for communicating with staff as well as the notifications throughout the day. Love the convenice of meals prepared at school and diapers available. Teachers are for the most part very warm. Communication could be a little better. Biggest issue is staff turnover. I realize it comes with the territory but maybe should assess why it’s occurring and make changes. Make the teachers feel more valued and pay them more!!!"
