"The greeting at the door is somewhat genuine but i understand i'm still a new parent and i usually don't respond with a smile but i do pay attention to that. I personally think some of the teachers are OR at least they look a little too young to be in a classroom of 12 but i have no complaints so far, they've been doing a good job. I try not to make a big deal when my son comes home with bruises or cuts but i do mention it to the staff so they are aware, and they seem like they genuinely care. It makes me feel better when i see that they react that way because i know kids can play rough especially boys, mine is a boy, so i know but it is something that concerns me when i see my son bruised and i don't know what happened. Luckily, the staff/teachers do show empathy and they try to report back so i know that they are trying to keep my child safe and unharmed. Other than that, i'm happy with the services and i hope i can stay with them for as long as i need to. :)"

"I love that my daughter is in a warm and nurturing environment. I always feel welcome here and sometimes wonder if the staff has any bad days because they always have a smile on their face no matter what! I love my daughter’s teachers, they’ve always been very patient with her. I notice the little things that they do for my child, and they are huge for me. So thankful for them. My daughter has come a long way since starting preschool and I see her progress. Very happy with this school!!"

"Staff is great, my concern is an issue we had in the past my child daily coming home with scratches on face and my child daily complaining of a child hurting her. This was our issue and concern and teachers need to monitor these kids more especially the children who are more aggressive. My child has learned behaviors that’s are not acceptable at home and I understand children pick up bad behaviors fast, but there needs to be more monitoring on children from teachers. I will recommend issues like this talk to both parties like both parents of the child and have like a mini conference to rectify any situations."

"Overall,it's been good. The teachers are great. The director could be more involve when it comes to getting parent feedback. The school doesn't seem like it gets cleaned on a daily basis. Recommend having a cleaning company come in daily after hours."

"Overall, it's been a good experience, but I feel it could be better. The drop off experience is terrible with parking and cleanliness of the parking lot. Drop off and pick up doesn't feel safe with all the cars driving by. Teachers are great, but retention seems to be an issue at time. I think the director could be more proactive and talk to the parents more about their experience. I believe this survey is the only time we get to voice our experience. I would really like to keep my child there longer, but the business of the location (outside) and drop off and pickup experience is the key thing that is making me think twice. It's nit consistent with other Tutor Times in other cities. I think the center is too busy and not enough parking and the upkeep is terrible.My recommendation would be to have someone from Corporate or higher level who can make a differece be there for a day or two and put themselves in the parent's shoe. Would they feel comfortable dropping off their child?"

"Nothing about this school is good, or even great for that matter. They do not check ID's when someone is picking up child 1st of all so not safe. Second the teachers in this entire place cares about the kids, they do not interact with children they do not show any care, love, or are not passionate in any way.Completely careless. Every time I pickup my son he is dying of thirst which has never been the issue in the past. Now besides all that when children are fighting not one teacher cares or steps in. When I pick him up frequently they are constantly losing things beanies, clothes, etc. I picked up my son once and he was not wearing a shirt and was only in a disgusting filthy sweater from who knows who and when I asked where my sons shirt is they said they didnt know. Besides all of this they are putting girl princess pink pull ups on my son instead of boy diapers which when I signed up I was assured they have diapers and that is covered.The director is the worst, beware."
