"I generally like staff at the school. When I inquired about how often the infant room floor was cleaned however, I got three different answers from 3 different people. The carpet is old, stained and filthy and my biggest problem is that my child and all the other babies, crawl around on a surface that is outdated and not properly cleaned every night. Upon addressing the director about it she told me it was vacuumed daily and yet they do not actually have a real vacuum on site, the only vacuum type piece of equipment I have seen in use is an old dust-buster. When I asked when the carpet had last been replaced she said she didn't know but that it had been there since she had started working there. My concerns have still not been met."
