"Payment has always been an issue .. paying on line .. the rate is not correct on occasion then would have to ask about it then they would correct it and then charge a late fee for errors Don't think one should pay for a day the child is not there when the school is not opened cause we still work causing us to pay someone else to watch the child Just some thoughts ..overall I love the school and the progress my child has made since they have been there"

"Generally, Tutor Time has been a good experience for our daughter. However, with a recent change of directors, the atmosphere and overall 'vibe' of the school has dramatically worsened to an extent that my wife and I are going to move our daughter to another school by the end of the month."
