"The parking lot situation at the Pleasantville location is the only drawback to the Tutor Time experience. Many parents park in the fire lane despite a lot of open spots, and some parents purposely occupy two parking spaces. It's unsafe for other drivers, for emergencies, and creates havoc for parents who are walking with their children. I wish the school could enforce the rules when it comes to its parking lot."

"I have always had great experiences with my kids' teachers and there are some very dedicated staff members at this location that make this school strong. In particular, Terry, Tania, Christine, Jaime, Bonnie, Michelle and Amber are incredibly devoted teachers and I have had great experiences with all of them. I do think that the school has gone downhill over the past year. I have noticed a lot of turnover in staff and I think the morale is lower for both staff and parents."

"Depending on the teacher of the day, my experience has varied. I appreciate a teacher that knows my child and consistently sees them. The ones that report back and communicate on what they’re learning and the process they are making."

"The welcome reception by staff at pickup/dropoff is mixed. I don’t always feel my concerns are valued at the moment. I don’t feel a sense necessarily of personalized touch or concern. I like my child’s teacher and feel she genuinely makes his experience there a good one. I don’t like the inconsistency in communication with the floater staff or the indifference I sometimes feel upon drop off/pick up by floater staff- ie, I don’t get a hello or acknowledgement from floaters or an introduction of their names. As for the administration, I think some type of communication from the school would be helpful. I get daily pictures of my child but there seems to be a lack of managerial communications which I’ve had at the prior day care where my child was enrolled. I’ve spoken to other parents and these sentiments seem to be echoed by others. I’m also diappointed that most of my child’s friends have moved into other classes (due in part to age). I didn’t realize that would happen at enrollment."

Except for the littlest suspected illness, which is possibly nothing at all, then I get a call to pick up my child and threaten my work situation. I also question the supervision given how many incident reports I get. Finally, the parking is awful."
