"The school was responsive to my concerns about my new student's difficulty engaging with her peers. I made suggestions that were taken. Those recommendations should be standard practice for all new students. I feel that Brightwheel documentation may be hindering increased interaction that teachers could have with students. I've also noticed that despite notices being posted on class doors and in the newsletter, there is one male parent in particular who enters the classroom and gets stuff for his child/out of their cubbies or whatever. I think greater enforcement is needed around that issue. Staff greet us when we come/leave which is nice."

Her teachers and the staff are always so welcoming to our family on a daily basis and we have complete confidence in her care while she is there. Her teachers are wonderful with communicating with us on how she is doing throughout the day by sending updates and fun pictures of what’s she’s doing. They are extremely knowledgeable in helping our daughter developmentally at her young age. We have such peace of mind leaving our daughter in their hands and we are so thankful!"

"We absolutely LOVE Time Time and the staff at the Baptist Rd. location. However, the revised COVID protocols recently implemented yesterday now make it impossible for parents to interact with teachers. We are no longer allowed to enter our child’s classroom. As long as our 4 year old daughter DOES NOT HAVE TO WEAR A MASK we are fine with these revised protocols. Our daughter is 4 years old. These early years are crucial to her social development. We do not want her wearing a mask. Also, we’re both highly educated adult parents. We can decide what is best for our daughter. We are fully aware of the potential impacts of COVID to our daughter. We feel the risks of COVID to her are FAR LESS than the long term social and psychological effects of long-term mask use. If a parent wishes to mask their child daily that is their choice/right. Just as it is our choice/right to have our child attend w/o a mask. PLEASE DO NOT RE-INSTITUTE ANY MASK MANDATES FOR CHILDREN"

"I like the security system, the rooms and location. The teachers, out of 3 I only like one of them. The 2 other teachers in the gourp are always just talk to each other and ignore the kids. Seems like kids have to find themselves activities and toys to keep themselves busy at Tutor Time. And rooms are freezing to death. Very uncomfortable temperature. Everyone wears hoodie. And lobby feels like 50 degrees in there."

"It’s been a positive experience. Though, I’d like to be able to enter the building and it has been frustrating that they are not allowing it. Sometimes stuff doesn’t come home when its suppose to and I’d like to know who the teachers are and see the environment that my children are staying in."
