"I can’t say enough about The director Julie and all of her staff Julie is amazing and so is Mrs Jami my daughters teacher all of the staff in the front is so friendly and pleasant my daughter has separation anxiety when I drop her off and Julie goes out of her way to calm her down while I leave this makes me so happy I am generally worried about who watches my child while I’m working Julie and her staff really relieve that anxiety 10/10 5 stars "

"Not impressed. The director is very unprofessional, acts like she’s on something, and blamed us and the staff for her mistake. We pay good money for school and it’s just not worth the quality I pay for rightnow. Brightwheel is my being used correctly and when voiced concerns she has made excuses and pushed it off. We pay for this service!"

She hasn't take the time to learn about my child like other staff have, and comes across very fake when trying to help my needs. Not impressed with her. On the other hand, the staff below the director have been phenomenal. Very pleased with them."

Please let the teachers know not to kiss the kids on the cheek because it is awkward for parents to see that and inappropriate. Only parents and family members should be doing that as a loving gesture. A hug is fine but a kiss on the cheek is unacceptable."

"Over all the daycare is very nice and I am happy with it. I only have issues with more frequent hygiene and sanitation issues and getting our account regularly updated for billing purposes."

"Great experience. Sometimes the classroom smells funky and can be a little dirty. Would like to see it a little cleaner. Overall great interactions with teachers and really like that they voice any concerns or fun things that my child has done in class."

"My child is enrolled for 5 days so I pay for 5 days. I also have to pay for 5 days even when you are closed for any holidays. The services I would like is for you to not charge me for days that you aren't there. I don't believe it is fair for me to pay for a day that you don't watch my child. This is a very big flaw in my opinion and if you could adjust it so that those of us who need 5 days of care don't pay for the days no one is there, that would be amazing. The process is not that difficult as every week I pay they have to use the calculator anyways to figure out how much. Fix this, and I will recommend this school to everyone I know."

"I went to see my so on my lunch and he was sitting by himself in a chair crying holding his stuffed animal while the other kids were reading books. He’s one and it was his 2nd day there. When I picked him up nobody seemed to care he had a fever of 101. The director is not very nice either. "
