"I picked up my daughter 1 time and no teacher was in class. A twelve years old boy yelled to back of room for his mom so that she could see I was picking up my daughter. While all the children were in front corner watching a movie. When I asked my daughter why they were so well behaved she said they were bribed. As it is not normal to see all the children so well behaved. There is no helping kids with homework. In our perception turnover at minimum in the school age class is ridiculous. Again, I have a toddler and she goes to a different daycare as I would never allow a child of line to be in this facility for more than 4 hrs consistently. If I had other options I would utilize them."

"This school used to be an amazing school for children of all ages and typical children as well as special needs children within the past few months this school has lost very good staff members and is currently in the process of losing more excellent staff members I feel there needs to be training from the director all the way down on children with special needs also with dealing with children who are violent there should be a protocol for children who are constantly violent to other children on a daily basis besides a Notes or a selling to the parent there needs to be an actual curriculum for the children to follow and to be followed on a daily basis and when there are breaks like spring break winter break and things of that sort there should be a specialized curriculum and there should also be activities including outside of the premises field trips and things like that there needs to be more staff at the school I used to recommend the school to everyone that I know but not anymore"

"The assistant Director was very friendly to myself and children. She answered all of my questions and took us on a tour of the two classrooms. I also received all paperwork before leaving to get them enrolled. However, I would recommend to stop by during off peak hours (not when parents are dropping off/picking up) there isn't enough staff at the front desk so I felt rushed at the end of my tour when discussing all paperwork/packets that are needed for enrolling."

"We have been really happy - our son had never been in care before and he now runs down the hallway to class every morning and hugs his teacher. He's speaking words he's learned there and showing interest in potty training much sooner than expected. Great program!"

"As long as you think of this school as a day care facility and not an educational facility, it's been fine. There are a few STAND OUT teachers at the school -- but it is amazing to see how many teachers have come and gone so quickly - as well as management personnel. My children have gained some amazing social skills from being at this school since they were infants! I wish that if the school is claiming to be a source of education, that the curriculum type teaching continues in the after care program. The children should be encouraged to do homework when they get to Tutor Time. I understand the need to play, but it's not a very controlled atmosphere so maybe a little structure could help. But all in all, I have been able to voice concerns and have situations dealt with when needed and my children have had positive experiences during all their years. I want to let you know that Miss Sherri (Wiese) and Miss Jean (in infants) have been two teachers who have gone above and beyond. Miss Rosa, Miss Linda and Tasha at the front have also been with us through all the years and are integral figured in the school!!! We love having Mr. Larry there when he's not serving our country! "office staff is generally pleasant, and a few teachers have been stellar (infants and a couple of others) but the stellar teachers never stay and we constantly deal with getting used to a new teacher who seems very young and inexperienced and not good at communciating with parents."

"There are a few teachers who we have known for over 9 years and Miss Tasha at Baseline is always addressing our concerns and investigating. She is a valuable employee. I love the location and the ability to have after school pick up from Kyrene. But like I said the food program is crap. The meal plans handed down from corporate aren't good at all. The after school activity room is god awful with no games no hands on toys no assistance with homework time. i have more than once voiced my concern and issues. I know the staff can't do any thing but corporate should be able to do something. There is a faulty gate in the back. The boat playground has wood that causes splinters. The restroom in school age constantly dirty but the students aren't allowed to go else where without supervision. Maybe over the years have hope for a change and a facelift but nothing. And beside cactus this is my only choice for another year."

"All I can say is that I have had children at the baseline location in Phoenix for the past 9 years and have spent over 50,000 (htis is not a typo) in tuition over that time. there has been ups and downs but my concerns have always been resolved. This is the first time that I have been scared for my child to stay in the care of the current leadership and staff of this school. I would have given anything to feel that they had the capibility and desire to resove my concerns. At this time we are using vaction time and relatives to care for our child until we can get into another preschool. I was extremely disappointed and heart broken to not have tutor time as our day care. This school has cared for our children since 2007."

"My experience at this location has been poor at best. My concerns are not heard or addressed, I am told by the director that I must have miss understood that teacher is super nice. All concerns are put back on the parent no one their takes ownership of it and they certainly do not look for a solution. We have been there about two months and I have over a dozen incident reports of falls and bites and it is never addressed to ensure his/hers safety and when questioned I am met with I don't knows or defensive behavior."
