"Overall our experience has been great. Our one gripe is that the communication from the Director and Assistant Director is nowhere near adequate, and sometimes contradictory. I feel this is the area which needs the most improvement, as it can be confusing and frustrating to the point of not wanting to have to deal with it and enrolling elsewhere at times.Having said that, the actual teachers in the classrooms are the BEST I have ever seen (with limited exposure). They are on top of everything, very communicative, and incredibly responsive whenever we have a question. Additionally, they are very helpful for the home life of both the child and us as the parents as they offer some really good suggestions whenever we ask for them. They never offer unsolicited advice, however, which is VERY reassuring that they are truly listening to us as parents.Overall, I rate the in-classroom teachers at an 11!I would rate the Management as a 6 or 7. They definitely care, but they need to be more communicative."

"Cleanliness: Overall the classrooms are clean, but the restroom and toilets need to be cleaned more thoroughly and more often. They are usually very dirty due to all the kids using them everyday. Safety: It doesn't make sense to keep the front doors locked if you are going to open every window on the front of the building. I've seen kids looking/hanging out of them in the mornings. Having the windows open in the infant room seems really dangerous. I've heard other parents voices concerns as well. This is a safety concern for me. General: The school is too focused on profit. I see teachers waiting up front or in their cars because they can't clock in a few minutes early while I drop my child off in a room that is way over on the teacher/child ratio. I often have to leave my child in a somewhat chaotic situation that is obviously too much for one teacher. The ratios have always been a concern for several years. I wish the school was more concerned about making sure drop offs and pick ups are consistent and organized rather than a circus and shifting to different rooms in the morning. Maintenance: Playground maintenance should be more closely monitored and taken care off. Regular mulch replenishment would be nice. Dirt/mud spots develop and my kids come home with muddy shoes at times. There are several areas where the fencing has come loose or needs adjustment. I would like to see those checked and repaired regularly. Overall, we are happy with the school and the staff. My children enjoy going to school everyday and we can tell they are learning a lot."

"Generally, the experience is good. April is very responsive and works hard. At times, she seems stretched a little too thin. But, I feel happy and confident with her involvement. The infant room needs to do a better job at directing parents when they arrive. I frequently have to ask what they want me to do with my child when I arrive. They are nice, but they seemed overwhelmed at times. Mrs. Anita always greet our family with respect and makes sure she wishes us a good day!"
