"I feel my grandson is 100% safe and cared for while he is in the care of all the staff at Tutor Time , they are all very caring people all his teachers have treated him and me as if we were their own family and for that I am thankful , the director Karen is always so helpful and informative with anything I ever had a question for ,from what I have seen she truely treats my grandson Eli and all the other kids as if they were her own and I feel as if he is always safe and well cared for while I'm at work and in this crazy world that truely means everything to me ."

"My general experience has been great overall. There have been a couple of occasions where I have felt turned off by conversations that I have had with the director. At one point she brought in a photographer without telling the parents that there would be a picture day. Then, the pictures were available for purchase on that one day only, so it was a rushed decision. The photos were actually quite expensive for their 3x5 size. Then, in a conversation we were having, the director mentioned how much FREE stuff she had received from the company for having the picture day. She said she got huge canvas-sized portraits of her child, for free, and had basically all of her Christmas shopping done because of it. I felt that those comments were not customer friendly, nor appropriate. Especially since I felt ripped off for having purchased the photos."
