"Overall experience has been mixed, main concerns have been around short staff, staff turnover, and what seems to be disorganization around staff in each classroom, mainly around pickup and drop off times. Staff to student ratios are not always met. Food menu and nutrition also seems to be lacking in comparison to other centers."

"Most of the teachers are great (Brittaney, Jen, Danyel, Courtney), however, there are a few who barely talk to you. The high turnover is a little concerning too. I'm excited to see a change in the director/assistant and hope new energy will be brought in. The current management is/was a little standoffish and cold. The addition of Krysti (admin) has been wonderful, she's usually at the front desk and has brought a new, welcoming, warm vibe as we arrive/depart. We've debated switching day care centers because of the rising cost & fees and have found lower prices elsewhere. I think that will depend on what the new leadership brings."

"My concern in spending extra money on “summer camp” especially last summer she would go 2 days a week and had to pay full price for it when being part time and never got to do any of the activities due to age. I’m not happy to pay extra for it this summer either as a lot of it is stuff they do with the school already. It’s an extra money maker to make up for lost income with teachers schedule having off in summers. It has made me actually think of changing schools too. Also the yearly price increase is sort of ridiculous. Sometimes during drop off it’s chaotic due to not being enough teachers. We don’t do it until 8 ish most days."

"One of my biggest concerns is the turnover of teachers. Every week we read about people leaving. Brightwheel helps us stay in gauged with our teachers and child care but the level of use from teacher to teacher is wildly inconsistent. The amount of information given and activities updated shows how much the teacher interacts with children so you can really tell the more attentive teachers."

"We love Tutor Time! We had a bad experience at another daycare facility and Linsey made switching to TT very easy and painless. She listened to all of our concerns and directly addressed how TT was different. There has been a noticeable change in our child's behavior, eating habits, and sleeping habits while in TT's care. It's almost as if he is at home, he is so comfortable. The infant room staff cannot be beat! They are so accommodating to our child's needs and you can truly see how much the care about him."
