"There have been quite a few staff turnovers since we started, but our son has come through pretty unscathed. We have always been comfortable leaving him in your care and he has done very well, he is happy and funny and is always learning and we are so pleased with that. We have noticed the many new rule changes over the last year some of them have not applied some of them make life complicated and seem a little rediculous. It seems like government and rules are are starting to suffocate. Please know our overall experience has been wonderful for our precious son, thanks, Raschell"

"The Tutor Time experience has been positive overall. I have seen benifts to my child belonging to full time day care that I did not expect. I.e. Socialization, large motor skills development (sitting, crawling walking now running) meal time skills, bathroom training, art, music & language development to name a few important life's skills. We take our child's time in daycare seriously. In our absence we need a responsible, enriching and loving environment.The only inconvenience to our family from time to time is the time closure from 6:30 to 6pm. Overall a very great program!"

"Initially, I was very pleased with this school. After several months the staff had completely changed, there were subs in the classroom regularly- I was not informed of the new instructors until I inquired. As a parent, it is very unsettling to drop off your children with complete strangers that do not introduce themselves or that you are not informed of. For an extended period of time, my children were in the same classroom(age 3&4) due to staffing concerns. This time was very difficult on my children. Their behavior was atypical, defiant and poorly controlled. The transition was very difficult. The school recently started a new soccer program, which is fantastic for the kids. Unfortunately it is at extra cost so I am unable to have my kids participate."
