"Generally, the teachers are compassionate and have patience for the children; overall, it is a loving environment. However, my concern is in the safely of my child; a recent incident involved my daughter getting injured on a framed edge that should have been child-proofed with edge guard protectors. Hopefully, they add this to the edge so it prevents from other children getting injured, especially since this is in the infant room where infants and sometimes the toddlers (under 2 years old) play."

"I have gone through three directors in one year. While the New current director and new assistant Director are doing well in terms of operations, I feel that I am not treated with the same level of respect as other parents. I already commented in the “how was your problem Resolved” section above. Basically we have donated several new items and never received the same level of gratitude as other parents who drop off old books. It feels like I am personally not liked, no matter what I do for the school."

"We pass by 2 other schools to drop our son off, we decided to enroll here bc of a trusted referral. Sadly, they no longer attend so we’ve considered leaving as well. We’ve been frustrated with moving classrooms with little notice (he’s now in his 3rd classroom). While I think having a 4:1 child to teacher ratio is ideal, there have been times at drop off where we’ve “put the classroom over”. The way it has been handled was awkward at best, I’m never sure if I have to wait for a new teacher or take my child to a new classroom. A few times, it even felt confrontational. I’m still quite upset that the school never took responsibility for losing an expensive shoe. My son has also been sent home in someone else’s clothes, so it makes me think that the clothes we send him with wind up in another child’s bag. We are now very cautious to only send our son in clothes/shoes that we don’t mind getting lost or damaged. I know that there are several really teachers who do take good care..."

"Overall the staff has been friendly and great. Our biggest issue is what seems to be a organization problem. No one can solve our automatic payment issue, bottle times and naps times are all over the place, kid coming home in clothes that aren’t his. These all seem like details that just aren’t being handled correctly at least for us."

"There has been a lot of disruption at the school for quite some time now. We have wanted so badly to give the school an opportunity to get right but it seems like there is a lot of staff turn-over, the previous teacher seemed to care very much about the students but always seems terribly frazzled & the kids were NOT doing anything curriculum related and there was hardly any communication to us, as parents. That indicates more than just a problem with the teacher. But as I mentioned above, based on the current teacher and her efforts, our hopes and confidence are returning. So, we shall see what the future holds."
