"We absolutely love this daycare! After a bad experience at another daycare (The Learning Experience) we toured tutor time and immediately enrolled. My kids have now been there for almost two years and it was a great decision. My child's teachers have been beyond amazing, Keisha, Samantha, Tiara. The director, Christina has been extremely kind and worked with us whenever needed. The teachers and managers truly love the kids and love what they do and it shows everyday. Every teacher knows my girls by name, even the ones I don't know that teacher other classes. Our experience has been amazing and I recommend this school to everyone I know! I did see a review from a parent that was upset because their child was disenrolled for behavior issues. This actually makes me feel even better, and it shows that my children's safety is truly important. At one point I kept my girls at home for a few days because the little one was sick and the director Christina even called to make sure the girls were okay! We have been to another daycare before and this daycare is so much better in every way! "

"I am very disappointed with my experience with Tutor Times staff, lack of customer service/humanity and learning curriculum. I am also still bothered by tutor time charging parents the week that hurricane Irma hit when some of us literally lost the roofs over our heads and threatened that our children wouldn’t be allowed the following week if we didn’t pay. No humanity was shown and it’s experiences like that that will last forever. Kudos to Desiree, Jane and Bri. They were the saving grace to me keeping my daughter enrolled."

"I love Tutor Time. My older son who is 8 attended the Jacksonville Watermill school for daycare and VPK, and it was such a great experience that I also enrolled my infant son last year. The infant and toddler teachers at the school are amazing. They are so thoughtful, patient, and loving. I can tell they truly care about my child and his well-being. I want to call out specifically Ms. Gail and Ms. Clark (infant teachers) and Ms. Carol and Greshawna (toddler teachers) — they truly love my son and treat him and the other children with so much kindness. It can be a scary thing to leave your child in the care of someone else for 40 hours a week, but these ladies have proven themselves over and over how valuable they are. You can’t put a price on good childcare. I can’t thank these ladies enough for all they’ve done for my family."
