"Our children previously attended Tutor Time, but we had to leave due to the high cost. We had tried multiple daycares (facility and home) and found ourselves back at Tutor Time in June. Dana and Cynthia could not be more accommodating to our family. My husband is in the military and our schedules are always changing. Our 2 year Lily had a hard transition to TT, but her teachers Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Kakali are so kind and have made a huge impression on Lily. Lily in a couple of weeks quadrupled her word count. She came home singing songs and speaking in clear sentences. She speaks fondly of TT and enjoys going every day. Our son Logan 7, is ecstatic about the summer program. He has made great friends and has remained engaged with their fun activities. Logan asked my husband and I the other day he wishes he could stay all day instead of 1/2 day. We wish we could provide that opportunity but the cost is very high for our family. We love the atmosphere and appreciate the impact TT has had on our children in this short amount of time back. "The front desk area is not managed on a regular basis. There are strangers who walk in with parents who just stand there waiting for someone to say something to them. Often its a parent who asks if they can help etc. There are no security precautions for this and there are two classroom doors right next to that main door to the outside. So many people walk in and out its not safe and it concerns me a lot. I also think with the enormous number of non-English speaking families coming to the center this safety issue is a big big deal. They dont understand to wait or to not allow just anyone to follow them into the center that they dont know. Staff should be there 100% of the time. Because the center tries to cut costs on teachers they are actually cutting into our kids safety by not being at the front of the center. We pay a lot for this place we shouldnt be having to deal with this issue. Teachers should be in their classes happy, not hustling to cover one two or three other classes etc. Once in while things happen but at this center its too much-- this tells me its unorganized."
