"I like the school and location, the price is high(but I think all are too high), and I cant stand seeing my son in pain from being bitten constantly and upon discussion of concerns being told that the other parents are also upset that they have to receive phone calls. I dont care if they're inconvenienced by a phone call or picking up their kids if they hurt my child constantly"

"In general, the main teacher seems to be caring but I consistently receive app updates with spelling errors and poor grammar. This doesn't instill faith in the curriculum or the individuals teaching my child."

"My son has been at this school since he was 8 weeks old. He has had several very caring and supportive teachers assist with his care over time. I believe he learns many valuable educational and developmental lessons at this school and the preschool component of this school is one of the reasons that I chose to enroll him initially. However, over the last several months I have grown increasingly concerned about my son's well being in the classroom. He has come home with unexplained scratches on his face and made comments about unkind statements his teacher has made about him. His teacher does not consistently report his engagement in the classroom. Often failing to report meals that he's eaten or even checking him in and out. This concern began approximately 2-3 months before the electronic reporting began and has only worsened. If I was able to transition my son to another school now, I likely would and I am fortunate enough to have the means to be exploring relocating and moving him in the near future. I only wish other families who also have concerns about physical and emotion safety of their children had similar opportunities. There are quality academic opportunities at this school. I only wish that the accountability for reporting and emotional and physical support of the children--at least based on my experiences--was equal."

"My son started at Tutor time one month ago. He has already had 2 incident reports which were not provided to me until 5-7 days after the incident. The weekly tuition prices have already gone up and registration went up. I need to know the day of an incident occurs with my child and I would have liked to know that the prices were going up 2 weeks after we started at Tutor time as we had already needed to make a financial adjustment in order to switch from our last daycare and it causes an unnecessary financial hardship that makes me consider going back to our previous daycare due to costs and the untimely reporting of incidents. With this considered, I can tell that my son does enjoy his class room and his main teachers very much so and I like them as well but I hardly see them due to scheduling."
