"We were never completely satisfied with the school but satisfied enough to allow our child to stay because of location & familiarity with staff. However, it wasn't always clear if staff was on board with us. We were not always acquainted with all staff that came in contact with our child meeting staff regularly. Our overall satisfaction with the caregivers was good but could have been better. We we never satisfied with the service provided by director. She never seemed to care about our thoughts."

"Most of the teachers are very friendly and easy to talk to. Unfortunately it has not been easy to understand how many teachers there are and what there involvement is with our child. The teachers appear to enjoy what they do and seem to put forth a valid effort in our child's care. Most of the front office staff is polite and inviting, but not everyone. We really enjoy the Brightwheel app they use to keep us updated on our child throughout the day!"

"My kids attend the Val Vista and Elliot location in Gilbert, Az. My son is special needs and they go above and beyond to accommodate his needs! My daughter is also well cared for. All the teachers are attentive!"

"I absolutely love the teachers and staff. They are the reason we stay. The facility isn't as nice as some of the other Tutor Times I have visited and I don't particularly care for the parking lot situation (trees hang in spots - I have a big SUV). There's only one way in and out and it's usually crowded. But the staff, curriculum and sincere love and dedication to my children keep me there! Laura, Amy, Randa, Jenny, Shaunna, Ms. Isabel, Ms. Larah - THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!! The rest too, I am so grateful to all of them for their professional, loving care of my kids."

"I really like the staff and my child's teachers. I think they are great and make me feel like my child is well cared for while he is there. I am not very fond of the front office staff as they tend to be cold towards the people walking in and out. That sets the tone for the entire building and I think it is something they should work on improving. A simple smile and good morning can go a long way."
