The teachers seem to know what they're doing and are good at reading cues from my baby, and I like that the teachers gently recommend when food amounts might need to increase based on baby's cues and things like that. Would like to see more tummy time and careful watch over the immobile infants when combined in the room with mobile infants who are getting too close (Infant 1 and Infant 2 rooms have been combined recently and my infant is immobile which does make me nervous about her not being able to fend for herself if another mobile baby were left unattended near her for any amount of time."

"I would prefer more communication from the teacher. Our needs are expressed to the directors who show concern, but there is no follow up as to what is being done. Currently, the classroom structure is chaotic, allowing my child to be bitten and scratched. There needs to be another teacher present or the children split into two classrooms."

Our older daughter attended Tutor Time when she was little and it's because of the directors, Ms. Tracey & Ms. Cortnee that we enrolled our Olivia. When Olivia started Tutor Time she was barely talking but now she's a complete chatterbox who loves to demonstrate and explain all the things she learned in pre-K. We love the teachers and how well they interact with our little girl. We feel welcomed every time we enter the doors of Tutor Time."

"My older daughter attended Tutor Time which is why we enrolled our younger daughter. The directors, Cortnee and Tracey are absolutely fantastic and it's because of them that we chose Tutor Time again. I do have some process improvement suggestions for the Downers Grove location: 1) Create a drop-box that's in the open for parents to drop off important forms/documents instead of trying to locate one of the directors to turn in forms. 2) I would love for there to be a location specific website for Tutor Time parents to easily download forms and even upload forms. The biggest issue I have with Tutor Time is managing paper forms; having to sign, date and return paper forms is a bit antiquated. 3) I think it would be helpful to have the weekly curriculum available to parents digitally. My husband typically picks up our daughter and he NEVER pays attention to the classroom calendar for upcoming activities that require action on my part. It's a bummer when water play is missed because my husband didn't see that our daughter needed a swimsuit, towel, etc. However, if this information was posted somewhere digitally for me to easily access it would be extremely helpful!"

"Overall we're satisified but NOT very satisified. There are many days that I wonder what my child has done all day. I know she's learning some things as she talks about them at home. Potty training and a change to nap schedules was really tough for us as the teachers were not as committed as we were to this process."
