"Generally, this school is plagued by constant staff turnover and wildly inconsistent experiences throughout the different rooms depending on the teacher in the room. I have no idea what the director really does since we've gone through so many of them in just three years that I don't think they can have any impact. Most days the front desk of the school is empty and so is the director's office."

Unfortunately management and the front desk personnel decisions regarding the safety of our child and other child are concerning. We’ve had security issue since the moment we started at Tutor Time and unfortunately we continue to have these issues arise and we no longer trust this facility to value our child’s safety and make decisions that align with safety as a priority."

"We have really enjoyed the infant classrooms and the teachers are wonderful and caring. However, for a place that calls itself a learning center, the environments in the older classrooms seem less structured and less organized. This could be due to higher teacher turnover recently and a lack of a dedicated director until very recently, but it has been concerning for our family."

"Multiple positions have experienced turnover last 6 months, center appears to be moving people around to cover gaps instead of using teachers at their strongest areas of talent. Management has dealt with 100% turnover last 6 months, clearly impacting the confidence of underlying teachers. Used to love bringing our kids here with full belief the teachers would put the children first, now apparent that internal and external influences are guiding the decision making process. Cannot recommend to other parents without built in caveats. There are a dozen plus amazing teachers on staff (Anna, Hayden, heather, sherry, Sherri, Sam, Jill, stefani, randi, etc) but reality is that whether bottom up or top down, entire feel of center has changed over the last 8-12 months - would have seen our kids here until school setting, now wonder at what point the center will be doing more harm than good."

"One of the main reasons we chose Tutor Time was because we were told our child would have a dedicated caregiver that would look over their care every day and would be the only one to feed/change diapers/soothe etc. The reality is that the same teachers are rarely even in the same classroom every day. Even the designated lead and assistant lead teachers for the room aren’t in there consistently and are scheduled in other rooms more often than not. One of them told me recently she hadn’t been in her assigned room for over a week. Feels like almost every time I drop off/pick up there are different teachers in the room. I will ask how my child’s day was and I am often answered with something like “I’m not sure, I was in a different room most of the day”. I don’t appreciate the inconsistencies, especially with the younger children. I love our lead teachers and don’t understand why they aren’t in the room everyday. Also, turnover in general has been high. Loved it at first but not for the last 8 months or so. "

"I am very concerned because there has been a very high turnover of administrative staff and still after over 6 months, the building does not have a permanent director. My issue regarding a discount has still not been resolved and that is going on a month now. I also am concerned for the safety of the children, staff, and parents; the parking lot in completely dark in the morning aside from the glow of the Tutor Time sign (which isn't much), and you really can't see anything. There are lights in the lot, however not a single one in one. I would not be surprised if someone ends up getting hit by a car because it is so dark. I do want to say that I absolutely love the teachers my child interacts with, if it were not for them, I would not keep him/her there."

"The quality of the school has decreased over the last nine years. My daughter is bullied daily by the same four boys in her class and all that happens is an incident report is sent home. It is not a safe environment."
