Ms. Jamie needs to stop sending me emails at 10 pm telling me goodnight and early in the morning saying she hopes I have a great day. I didn't sign up for that and I don't want it. Ms. Jamie's emails are too frequent, irrelevant to my child, and annoying. The only reason she should be emailing me on the weekend is if the school burned down so I know not to come on Monday."

"We are very new to Tutor Time. Unfortunately, my baby has been sick almost every week since we started on Jan 11. I understand that he's being exposed to new germs, but I feel that the school can do better to mitigate the cross contamination. Every day I see kids with runny noses and dirty hands, mine included. Staff could wipe noses more and ensure hands are clean. Weekly sanitizing takes care of some of the germs, but if kids are touching toys/items daily, they are cross infecting each other more. I'd recommend daily wipe downs when cold/flu seasons are at their peak (oct-march). I'm know infections can't be prevented 100% of the time, but it would help, I'm sure. Other than this, I enjoy interacting with my baby's teachers and love the app that keeps me informed throughout the day."
