"In class teachers are great. They do their best with large classroom sizes. Admin doesn't communicate very well. We all have emails, but there are no email communications about events or illnesses. You have to read it on a paper if you have time when picking up or drop off."

"The directors are great and open to listen to parents concerns without having to make an appointment and they don't make you feel as though you're interrupting. I wish there would be more awareness in how some of the teachers speak and interact with the children because I do hear my kids speaking in a way that I have never heard. It very well might be from being around other kids at the facility however, from when I have overheard them in passing it's not professional. I would hope that teachers and assistants alike would make more eye contact and acknowledge parents upon arrival, even verbally give an update to their day. It is very frustrating when there is a bump or scratch on my child and the PM teacher has no idea how or why it happened."

"I love the teachers here. They have been very patient and nurturing with my daughter as she has been adjusting to going to daycare. They have also been very patient with my husband as he was also not ready to take her to daycare and is also going through an adjustment period. Haha. In the short time my daughter has been enrolled in this school we can definitely see the difference in her understanding of rules (she’s only 1.5) all the new things she has learned, her creativity, how often she will play pretend, and all her developing interests. I really do believe it is because of how hands on her teachers have been this whole time. Which is amazing to me that the two of them can have 10+ kids to take care of and they can still be that way. "When the transition was happening with TT on Ray and Dobson, I did not prefer the interim leaders. They were not welcoming and I was very disappointed so I did not no what to expect....----Yvonne is wonderful and very straight forward. Yvonne and Genesis work extremely well together. They are efficient, effective, engaging, and involved. If they are ever sitting down for more than a minute most likely they are listening to one of my concerns or daily encounters outside of TT which I like sharing at times (joking but not really joking). I become frustrated with one or two things in regards to Genesis which I don't need to share because I don't think my children will be staying there any longer. However, my mini frustration with her does not take away from the truth in how proud I am of her for the way she changed the school around. I did not think I would like anyone outside of the former leaders and I must admit I was wrong. Anyhoot, time to go! Maybe Genesis and Yvonne could be the face of your future TT campaigns. Out of the many school personnel I've encountered, Yvonne and Genesis should definitely be on a huge billboard ad hanging above a major highway. With all the abuse and tragedies that happen in daycare centers, group homes and homes period, TT off of Ray and Dobson probably are the least likely to experience trauma under Yvonne and Genesis as they are the face of safety, nurturing, love, open communication and resolution for children, parents and their staff. God Bless!Additionally, Ms. Sandra, Ms. Yadira, Ms. Abaddah, Ms. Jaime, Ms. Jessica, & Ms. Depeka are loyal, consistent and loving teachers. With the high turnover rate in all daycares and educational institutions across the nation this sites retention rate of keeping the best of the best is 'A okay' ! We win some we lose some but they've been able to keep the best. Go Genesis and Yvonne even though they wont see this. However, I hope the people who do see this reward them for doing so well"

"Everyone at the school is very friendly and they seem very happy to be doing what they are doing, which is important for kids, since children respond more to people who are engaged and involved that want to be. I have had several small issues, that were always immediately addressed and for the most part, taken care of. My daughter is usually excited / happy to be at school and she is progressing great both socially and academically. Her teachers are always smiling and friendly, and really seem to genuinely care about the kids."

"For the most part our experience has been good. Coming from a premium child care previously there was a lot for us to adjust to here. Everything from the appearance of the teachers to the on staff chef and her amazing meals. The extra security door made us feel safer bringing our littles to the facility and we don't have that here at this location. I don't see teachers most teachers comforting the kids when they cry and are really upset. I have walked by the infant room numerous times and have seen the teachers sit on the rocking chair just staring at the crying infant not comforting just staring at them. Once the teacher looked up and saw me and my children looking in and she immediately changed her demeanor and held the baby in a different way. Some teachers don't even introduce themselves or say greet passing by in the halls. We leave our children there for long hours some days, I would like to know they are friendly and caring; or just like being there."

"I have childcare dramas and my children have trauma with the separation of their father and I but Tutor Time has made it a lot easier to cope with all of that and this one certain Tutor Time has won me over for as long as my children and daycare.
