"Overall, I am happy with Tutor Time, however, I do find it very frustrating that all of the buses are parked in the front row of the daycare. I find that it is such an inconvenience, esp. if it's bad weather, that the buses are parked up front and it also makes it very difficult to make your way in/out of a parking spot with the buses parked where they are. Our parking lot is fairly small, but there is a parking lot located behind the building. I think that the buses should be parked behind the building until it is time to load or unload children."

"We love our school. They do such a great job taking care of our boy. He always seems happy to be there and clearly loves the teachers. I never have any safety concerns and he always seems comfortable there. His teachers always know what he's been doing for the day and his individual concerns and development. We're very impressed generally and it has been a great experience so far."

"Our child is always happy to come to school and is happy when we pick him up, which I think is telling of his experience there. Most of the teachers are very engaging and pleasant to speak with. There have been some instances, however, when the teacher has not introduced him/herself to us, which as new parents did not make us feel as comfortable as we should leaving our child under their care. Teachers should always greet and introduce themselves to new parents- it makes us like you and feel more comfortable leaving our precious kids with you! We appreciate the work all of the staff does and feel that we have had an overall positive experience at this school thus far."

"Great and caring teachers and staff and an overall great environment. Communication could be improved and Links are often generic with little detailed info of my childrens' day. I'm looking forward to the roll out of the new PreciouStatus app next week to help improve this."

"The director was very nice. I just felt there was not as much of a up to date system. The reports are still given to you in paper form. I know they said it would be updated. When I asked about my son visiting for a few hours with me there to see how he likes it I was told no they do not allow that it was illegal to do that. I know for a fact it is not and many preschools require a visit and some up to 4 visits before you sign up."

"The school has a variety of programs available for my kids and they are always interactive. My kids love going to tutor time! They love their teachers and their friends. I have never had a safety issue with my kids and I know they are always safe. The range of daily activities that involve an educational approach is great in keeping my kids engaged throughout the day. They have fun and get an education. The staff is like a big family. The care providers that care for my kids are all professional and well informed in regards to behavior and expectations. I love this school and I'm glad I have my kids attending tutor time! The teachers are so caring and patient, as a parent you naturally worry and wonder what goes on when you are not with your child, anywhere they might be, in regards to care, safety, and treatment. I have to say that I truly feel confiendent and reassured that my children are being taken care of. If there are ever any concerns, I get contacted promptly."

"Overall it has been good. I find the director to be friendly, unorganized and flaky, especially when it comes to tuition charges. She does not communicate well and I have had to repeatedly inquire about the status of my tuition issue and still received no direct response from her. The assistant director is much more organized and pleasant to deal with."
