"Our daughter's teachers have so much patience and seem to enjoy what they do. Our daughter is never upset to be dropped off at daycare and that speaks volumes."

"The front desk teachers are wonderful and thoughtful. The early morning opener is fabulous! She always has a smile and is super compassionate toward my child."

"Laziness. Unorganized. My child has food allergies and was given food he can’t have. I called the director and received no phone call back. The director never does what she says she will do. The place seems very worn and dirty. Every time I walk by the “kitchen” which looks like a closet, the floor is always nasty. They had watermelon placed in the hallway for two days. Poor communication. I have no idea what my child does all day. The app they have I thought would be great but it’s not custom to my child. Again, he has food allergies and it always says the meals the other kids ate and the staff has to reassure me that he did not eat that food. I disagree with letting them watch tv. My child watches enough at home. Some of the teachers are very rude. Some are great. I never know who my child will be with. My child will no longer be attending after this month. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Juliana is very nice and tries to handle all situations. There is constant turnover with staff in our room. Not a single teacher has been around for longer than a few months. Everyone that does work there are friendly."

"I just wish they wouldn't fall short on their diaper supply and put my kid in diapers two sizes too small for at least a month, if not more. I also wish for them to be more descriptive on our child's daily interactions and activities and not just information about his basic needs being met. I would like to know if he participated in outdoor activities or sing-alongs, Arts and Crafts Etc but I always feel like I'm having to ask what's going on with my baby. The staff is very sweet but they just fall short on communication with what our children are doing. I can't really speak for other moms because I don't know how their experience is, but I'm sure I'm not the only one with these concerns."
