"I google searched for a set of 4 rotors for my car, so I find a picture of 4 rotors being sold by THMotorsports, so I click on the website and again theres a pic of 4 slotted rotors ( copy my order # "StopTech 227.61072L Brake Rotors - Premium Ctek" then right click and click on "open in new tab and it should take you to the actual page) as you see there's a pic of 4 rotors, so I bought them, well I just got the order in the mail and there was only 1 rotor, so I called they're support page and they told me that the picture of the 4 rotors on the sellers page was wrong and that it only really meant 1 rotor even though the product info section states "centric Premium Rotors Are Blank, 1-Piece, Direct Replacement Discs For Your Factory Brake System. These “black” Rotors Feature A Special Anti-Corrosion E-Coating That Gives Them Their Distinctive Look And Nam" which ,for me, also states there is more than 1 cheap **** rotor. "

"I order 2 cans of Hi Temp Spray Adhesive off THMotorsports.com. I received 1 can 6 days later. I called customer service and explained the problem. They just sent me an email that I will receive the 2nd can but not for another 12 days. Do NOT ever buy from this company. They are slow even when they are fixing their own screw ups. "
"I purchased a product on Wednesday night 22 Jul and paid for overnight shipping ($41.80) didn't receive product until Monday morning 27 Jul. Called Customer service and was told that the oder was processed on Thursday (which I knew). But didn't know that it would not ship until Friday not when the order is processed. so, overnight shipping isn't overnight shipping really. regular shipping would've have gotten here on Tuesday/Wednesday. Order processed on Thursday with overnight shipping gets it to you Monday. knowing that, I wouldn't have spent the $41 bucks for overnight shipping. I think you should add that little bit of info at checkout when someone chooses overnight shipping. Because it is misleading."
