"I ordered an item not that long ago on their online store. First, I wanted to pay directly online using my credit card (that's the goal of an online store, no ? Fast payment, fast buying). However, the page to enter credit card information did not show... Ok, so I said to myself that their website is not well done. Let's try something else. I tried something else because their prices are really competitive, and I tried to pay by phone using my credit card: I was not able to pay by phone either, since when I called several times the number 1-***-***-**** that they show on their website, the line was always busy. I also tried to contact them several times by e-mail: same thing, they newer responded. I would have newer ordered anything at Superstore Electronics, if I found some of this store (also known under the name Tecbuyz - strange, no?) customers comments' before. Based on my personal experience, this online store was a WASTE OF TIME."

"I placed an order on 16 May 2005, my credit card was charged the full amount, I paid the high priced UPS shipping costs in order to have the product in my hands faster, but to the time of this posting my account status still says "Approved for Processing"! This company has a history of screw ups, problems, customer service issues (as I unfortunately found out this information AFTER I placed my last order and started researching the company). I have sent four emails to the customer service department inquiring about my order status but have to the time of this posting received NO response. And to make this issue worse, they have yet to answer the phone. I attempted to call them twice. No answer, no voicemail, no thing. Don't let my opinion be your sole choice on whether you purchase from this vendor or not (because they do have some dirt cheap prices) but you need to way the price of the product versus your price of convenience.."

"These people are professional scam artists. NEVER do business with them - ever. After several repeated attempts at contacting them I still get no reply. AMAZON.com has deemed them liable for damages incurred during this transaction and will refund my money fortunately. I suggest you stay FAR away from these folks."

Will try today to send fax, but comments from others do not inspire me with confidence that I will get any staisfaction. "Horrible!! its a SCAM Website!! Charged my credit c ard but never shipped!! Tol FREE number is a SCAM too, NEver reply to calls and emails..Now I have to go through Crdi card company to get my money back from these POOP heads...I have also put a complaint at BBB.com and they also verified that all the contacts under the website are FAKE!!
I am contacting all the websites where these fraud people are advertising, so I can shutdown this scam website.!!

"STAY AWAY FROM TECBUYZ.COM!!!

This company sucks. They took my order online, then called and told me the item was back-ordered and asked if I could wait 3 weeks to receive it. I was waiting for other components, so agreed. I received the item SIX WEEKS later, after 4 additional phone calls on my part. The product was not as advertised and I wanted to return it. They provided me return info and I have still not received a refund after almost 2 months! Now no one is answering their phone or returning my emails!!! They have the product and I am out the $$$!!!

"I placed an order for five items from Tecbuyz.

One of the five items was shipped on the following day.

They charged my Visa card for the full amount of order though the entire order had not been shipped. In and of itself, would not be a problem, but they did not notify that charges would be made before shipping merchandise.

A message with shipping confirmation for the first item said that the additional four items "will be shipped tomorrow from our warehouse"

These items were not "shipped tomorrow"

Upon inquiry about the unshipped items, I was told that they would check into it. After one full week and an additional inquiry have not received further response about if or when the items may be shipped.

Update 3/11/2005

Tecbuyz owner made public claims that my merchandise was "in transit" and that he had called/emailed several times (he did not call or email several times). Items were not shipped at all.

Finally my payment was refunded for the unshipped items, only after Tecbuyz was informed that I intended to refer the matter to the Wyoming Attorney General's office.

FWIW - the items they were unable to ship are still advertised for sale on their site.


I would suggest that any persons who have outstanding claims contact the Wyoming Attorney General's office, and the RCMP as well. (Tecbuyz Wyoming address appears to be a maildrop. Canada address may or may not be be valid)

"Here it is over two months and still no refund on a canceled nondelivered order. Phone calls go unanswered. Emails go unanswered. I managed to have a human answer the phone weeks ago and got a "I'll get get right on it" response each time. I wonder how much money Tecbuyz.com has made using my money to keep a positive cash flow, because it's cost me over $10 in interest."

"I bought video card from them. My credit card was charged immediately. In couple of days I've looked at the order status and found that order was cancelled. No e-mails, no phone calls. I sent an e-mail 5 days after order date and asked question about order. Next day e-mail infermed me that they tried and can't fulfill the order and my money will be credited. 7 more days - nothing happening.
