"I ordered an Asus P4S333 motherboard with Intel processor and DDR ram (assembled).We had great difficulty placing the order. I had to change my credit card but I had to guess this was the problem because all the Web site gave was a cryptic error message and no one answered the phone.
Then the package arrived late at my forwarding address.
The packaging was a disaster with no warning labelling and totally inadequate cushioning so the box was squashed and the motherboard bent see pictures at

"I made five orders from TC, all five were quick to come. although when the radeon all in wonder card turned out to be bad, i'm getting the runaround on the return. i just spoke with "sam" on their customer help line and was told the new card would need to be recharged to my account--and he didn't know where i could send it back too. i was told to call tech support--tech support said to call cust service. Stay away from this company, i wish i would have found this site before i ordered from them!"
