"I purchased a Zebra GK420d bar code printer to replace an outdated model. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get the printer and the system I use to work with each other, so the printer just sitting on my printer table. I talked with support at Systemid and support for my software with no results. The Systemid people told me it is a problem with my software and the software people believe it is a problem with the drivers. Either way, the printer is not usable yet."
