"Do not buy from this retailer! They are nothing but a scam.

I purchased one of their pump tanks on 11/9/03. The next day their site disappeared. It is now 11/24/03 and I still have not received my product. I have attempted to reach them via email and phone for 2 weeks and have not received a single reply.

I wish I would have read trhe reviews here at resellerratings before I made my purchase. All the negative reviews are right on the money and I firmly believe that any good reviews posted here were posted by SysFX themselves.

It's companies like this that give "online shopping" a bad name.

"The products I got from this place were crap! Obviously they haven't learned much in their "over 3 years of experience", because this stuff looks and performs like, well, crap. The baseplate on the cpu block was so concave it barely made contact with the cpu die, and the pump tank leaked around the fittings. These people that posted comments saying they were very satisfied must have dealt with another company, or their affiliated with sysfx(funny how they all have nearly the exact same writing style and structure, hmmm... I wonder). People don't waste your hard earned money on this mickey mouse B.S., go to dangerden or dtek and get some real watercooling equipment. "

"This has to be a flagrant ripoff. Quick to bill, they answer emails so you won't call your cc company early and they seem to be a scam.

There is one review of their products, but from what I've found, the review site and the SysFX people are related in some way.

My complaint was in before they knew what was happening. And thanks to Resellers Ratings, what I suspected turned out to prove true. This is still pending with the cc company but it can't be denied.

If they had the products advertised on their site they'd be booming. But it's evident they do not. And personally, if they're gona rip people off, they'd better find another way as they stink at this.

STAY AWAY if you like your money!!! There's only one reason you'd be at this site and you don't deserve to be ripped off. This is turning out to be fact not assumption.

"Avoid this place like the plague!! They did a real good job of billing my credit card, and that's about it. I have never recieved my merchandise, and don't bother trying to contact them, they don't return calls or emails. I'm starting to think this is some kind of scam as well, and have already begun taking legal action against them.

After 7 weeks, SysFx finally sent me my order. No suprise it was one week after I desputed the charges with my credit card company. The products are pretty nice, and they have reasonable prices. It is unfortunate however, the way they handle their customer service. It took 7 weeks to get an order that should have been here in 7 days, not exactly reassuring, especially when you can't get in contact with anyone (which I still haven't to this day). Hopefully this company will get their act together.

Everything I recieved from this company was defective, and nearly ruined my computer! Good luck getting ahold of someone to get a replacement, you'll have better luck contacting god!"

"They never sent my order, but they did manage to bill my credit card. Forget calling during the business hours you'll just get the message service saying they'll return your call. They never do. I think they are a scam business and I'm pursuing legal actions against them. Stay Away!!!! These people are flakey. The invoice number I included is just my I.P. address. They put a huge string of numbers after your I.P. and use that as your invoice number, I didn't want to put in the rest of the numbers."
