Not perfect but close

"I've been using Synnex and IngramMicro for the last 2 years. Synnex systems are not perfect but at least they work 99% of the time. When there is an issue, the account manager is doing everything he can to fix it asap.
Good pricing, good online B2B system.

Save your time and money, stay far away from Synnex!

"If I could put 0 stars I would. Very disorganized company. Many incorrect charges. Spent hours and hours picking up the pieces for them. Very shady business. Stay far, far away if you value your time and money."

Synnex shipping service.

"Dell subcontract through Synnex for reasons unknown. I buy a lot of products through Dell and have only had problems when the package was provided through Synnex. The first time it was lost and was never found, so had to be resent directly from Dell, which took a week instead of 2 days. Currently I foresee a similar experience because the package was supposedly shipped at 5:54 am on 9/05/2017 via 2day FedEx shipping and requires a signature yet 16 hours later has only had a shipping label created according to FedEx tracking. Don't mark something shipped until it has actually been shipped and can be verified by tracking. Some people plan their day around certain deliveries so they don't have to drive 30 some miles to pick it up personally. Having to plan an extra day because the 2 day shipping is one or more days off is extremely amateurish on the shippers part. "

Horrible!

"Synnex reps you are in trouble. After having conflict with these 2 reps, because they can't understand what I'm asking on restrictions of shipping location, they tampered with my account! Be careful don't buy from this company. They adjust price based on if they like you. The pricing is all fake. They are the worst company to buy from"

"If you like good customer service, and timely responses-, you'll want to look somewhere else. We've tried working with this company for over a year and nearly EVERY single order has had problems. 9 out of 10 times the products were ordered took over a month to get to us (almost always back-ordered), and 7/10 times the product was either loaded with the wrong software, or simply not at all. We rely on getting the equipment in a reasonable time period so that we can load content for our customers and get them the product and service they need, when they need it. Synnex is extremely slow to reply when there is an issue or an item that needs returned as well. It's abundantly clear that even though we order a good number of devices each year, we really don't matter much to them as customers. As luck would have it, the product we get from Synnex is being discontinued, so thankfully, we no longer have to do business with this company. TL; DR- RUN from this company"
