"Ordered item on 04/25/08 for my dad, Linksys router for AT&T Mobile broadband card. When no status change had occurred by 05/01/08, I emailed to find out the status. The next day I receive an email with a refund receipt and no explanation. I call and am transferred and informed that there is a "new guy" handling internet orders and that my order got lost in the shuffle. I asked why wasn't I contacted before a refund was issued and the guy said that he didn't have any in stock. I replied that his website currently showed one in stock. He said you couldn't always trust the website inventory....HUH? I asked him if I had called a company that deals in technology...I don't think he got the point I was trying to make. Anywho, I got my money back, but my time is gone. Thanks, Synergy, I'll make sure I discourage as many future customers as possible."

"Company listed a scanner FI-4120C2. Ended up shipping a FI-412. Completely different model and unusable for our needs. I requested an exchange or RMA. They issued an RMA, but insisted on a 45% restocking fee. Website makes mention of a 25% restocking. Also claimed the unit I ordered was a FI-412 and changed the webpage to reflect the correct part number. Also said it was special order item, even though listed as in stock. I was forced to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. I will definatly not be doing business with them in the future, and I'd suggest you avoid them too."

"We are resorting to taking this company to court. They shipped a non-working ups that was supposed to be new in unopened box. The overcharged our company checkcard $528 on a less than $30 purchase, and refused to cover the overdrafts they caused. (it took over 3 days to get the overcharged refunded). They still owe us over $120 plus legal costs of several hundred dollars."

"BEWARE
"New open box" means used, broken junk according to synergy Associates!

Do NOT BUY from these con-artist!!! They will tell you that the item is " NEW OPEN BOX" but that is not true.

The items he sells you are USED and do not work. They are full of lies!

New open box is suppose to mean that the item is brand new but the box was open to check contents, etc... However, Synergy Assoc used this term to sell used junk( its not even refurbished just used and in bad condition)

Please don't fall into their trap!
