"Our business contracted with SWPS to have work done on our vehicles. It took 4 days and numerous emails for someone to call me back to set up an appointment to have the work done on the first car. Then I was told by their customer service that it would be a one day job. When I dropped off the car, they told me they needed an extra day. When I went to pick it up on the day THEY told me it would be ready, it wasn't. When I started asking questions, the installer went crazy and started telling me he didnt need our business if we were going to be rude. I guess when a vendor tells you something is going to be ready and then it's not it's automatically the customers fault. Even the other guy at the front desk was telling the other employee to calm down! Nobody was being rude but him. SWPS has a big contract with the city police so I guess they don't feel the need to care about anyone else."

Which was a charger for my stinger flashlight,except it was the base unit and I called and let a message,Chris called me right back and gave me a price for the a/c cord for the base unit and had it sent right out.
