"Well, at first it was great. I got a quick response to a question about the correct part numbers. I ordered hours later. I waited all weekend for a confirmation only to find out Monday that ALL the parts were backordered for at least 7-10 days. Why didn't the guy that looked up the part numbers and sent me the email TELL ME that parts were not in stock? Why doesn't the website say things are not in stock? I really needed that stuff quick. Now I don't know when or if they will ship. Could have spent $8 more somewhere else and had the parts in my hands now......"
