Criminals

"SW operates their business equal to crooks with zero regard for customer service. I spent $400 COULD NOT EVEN TRY ITEM ON because of how small it was, immediately put it back in the same bag that I received it in and sent back return. SW refused to refund citing "dirty"! It is impossible for any "spots" to have come from me as I did not handle or try on the item but only took out of the bag for under 60 seconds. So either their quality control is lacking (they missed this spot on the prior customer return), or they deliberately added it in order to refuse the return. I hope they go out of business. "

Excellent

"My favorite swim store, their awesome selection is endless. They have so many cuts and colors to choose from, and so many beautiful brands you can’t find anywhere else, all in one shop so even the pickiest person will find their suit ! Their customer service team is always very helpful, they’ve expressed shipped to me several times free of charge when there’s been manufacturer delays. All in all awesome store and definitely recommend!"

Do not waste your money here

"I ordered a bikini - received it and it did not fit, I put back in the original packaging and PAID to ship it back the following business day upon receiving it. So please advise - why did I recieve a restocking fee of $5?

I basically paid $20 to try on a bathing suit that did not even fit. This is horrible business practice and customer service.

"After my initial complaint and frustration with a negative experience with the customer service provided after they were put in an "unfortunate situation by their supplier", they resolved the situation by refunding me for my entire order and offering me a discount for the future. I was disappointed I was still without the bikini I had been waiting on for a couple months but very appreciative of the efforts to fix the mistake that was made.

They have the best selection of Bikini's that I have came across for online shopping but if there's an issue like the one in my case, the communication was lacking from my previous experience and you will have to be patient when getting answers on any order as there is no customer service number and It could take up to 24hours+ to get a response via email as well as the 2 month period it took me to find out that the Bikini I had order was not available. In the end the issue was handled well and I was satisfied given the circumstances.

"I get all my swimwear from them as they have the best selection. I've had to return a few times as some didn't fit me and their customer service team has always been very helpful and the returns has been easy and hassle-free. Also been able to add coupon codes afterwards when I contacted their customer service team. Overall very happy and always recommend to my friends. "

BIG MISTAKE, ITEMS NEVER SHOWED AND I WAS CHARGED ALMOST $400

"I ordered swim suits for an upcoming vacation. I ordered my suits and was charged for my purchase on March 8th. I received no notice about shipment, made numerous attempts to contact swimwear world regarding the status of my order/shipment with no response. Finally on March 22nd I received a notice saying my items were shipped and would arrive only two days later. I was ecstatic considering I am leaving for my vacation in April and was starting to worry they wouldn't get here in time. March 24th rolled around, no suits. I clicked on the tracking number and all it says is that "in transit, delayed". I contacted swimwear world by email (because there is no phone number anywhere to talk to a real person) and received a response that said I should talk to postal carrier and that they can't help me. I have made numerous attempts to contact swimwear world to get this resolved as I still need my swim suits for my upcoming vacation and I am running out of time and have already been charged! THIS COMPANY HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR COURIER AND FRANKLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ORDER ONCE IT LEAVES THEIR FACILITY. "

"Waited 6 months for my swimsuit to arrive. There are additional customs costs that this brand doesnt flag which comes as a big surprise. If you live outside the US beware of all these extra costs and pain to receive order
I also had to ship it back because tje top didn't fit so had to pay extra for that plus for them to re deliver
Never again!

Amazing bikini, quick delivery

"I live in Canada and this bikini came within 7 days!!! I was able to get in touch with customer service within 12 hours about my tracking number. The bikini came and it was absolutely perfect and I got it on sale :) I would recommend this website to all my friends. "

Takes 2-3 months to get orders!! Beware

"BEWARE when ordering!!! It took them 4 month to mail my item on my first order, 3 years ago!! I swore I'd never order from them again after that!! I decided to try one more time thinking maybe it was just the item I ordered. So I tried again in January 2017 to order a few suits and cover ups for a few vacations I had coming up. I still do not have my items, as of today!!! There is zero communication, you have to email and ask where your items are, very frustrating! Will never order again! They must just sale items for the manufacturers and get a percentage off each sale, but the items then have to literally be made by the manufacturer?!? So if you can wait months for an order, it's great! If you need something for an upcoming trip, beware! "
