"I ordered two black ink cartiges for my Samsung lazer printer for a total of $228, they took the payment immediately on my credit card after two weeks I received a e-mail from them telling that they will no be able to ship the cartriges due to a server problem, they said that they will credit the payment which they never did and now they dont reply to the e-mails that I send them. In conclusion, I have just lost $228 and I have no way to get my money back. Now their web site is closed... "
"Ok i placed an order on the 24 of november 2010 with payal, received the confirmation from paypal for the ammount of the order (50.43$), now 7 days later is still didn't received anything so i went to their website to see what was taking so long and my order was still in the "prcessing" state, now i click to see more details and this is what i saw "you paid 0.00 of 50.43$" What!? now i went and see if i was billed for the amount on my credit card and yes they had taken it.

After ordering a new video card from them of which they had 21 in stock, I called them 2 days later after no contact from them other then that my money was taken from my bank account.
After calling I was told that the product (Gigabyte GTX260) was no longer available possibly because it was too old (its 2 months old tops) I was quite furious that this "old product" which they had 21 in stock of on monday night was now magically gone from the warehouse. After being given the option of paypal which I dont have or a cheque mailed to me. I demanded the cheque me fedexed to me so that I may go buy my video card from a reputable retailer tommorow."
"I was hesitant about purchasing an HP Windows Home Server from Swiftgamers as I had never heard of them but they had the best price that I could find in Canada. They were also one of the few places that had stock. I placed an online order on a Wednesday and hadn't shipped by Tuesday so I sent an email to them and they responded right away and said that they were in the middle of moving their warehouse. I asked if they could kindly make sure I got it by the Friday and sure enough, they expedited the shipment and they paid for the extra shipping charges. I was also entered into a draw for $300 from one of their partners and sure enough a month later I won the prize!! They are so great to deal with I wish more retailers were like this and that they offered even more products. So I received my headset on April 28, which is 2 business days after I placed the order. All I can say is fast shipping (2 days for only $10). Packaging came with tamper proof tape and the plastic bubbles as cushioning. nothing damaged. Overall very good service, I will buy stuff from them again."
"When I read about the ultimiate ears Super.fi 4vi in ear earphones, I knew they were the best of what I was looking for. I emailed and then spoke to the people at swiftgamers. I got the absolute best price and since I was willing to pick them up, I also saved on delivery costs. When the plug broke a week or two ago, my email was answered within one hour of sending it. Riz promised me a replacement set within a few days. Sure enough, I received in two days. No muss. No fuss.
Upon opening it up, it seemed that the button for answering the phone wasn't there. I looked and looked. Didn't see it.
