Customer service is off the charts

"This is a completely unsolicited review. I was so thankful and amazed by how well I was treated by the Swarovski team, that I felt compelled to offer my thanks. In short, I dropped a pair of their binoculars that I've owned for 25 years, rendering them completely inoperable. They were the finest binos money could buy at the time I purchased them and to this day are still better than 98% of what's available.

I arranged with Swarovski's very helpful customer service staff to return them to see if any repair was possible. After a quarter century, I had no idea what repair parts might even be available. What I received back was essentially a new pair of binoculars. All but two of the itemized repair parts they covered under warranty at no charge and the quote for the couple that weren't covered was so low, I'm almost embarrassed to mention it.

Needless to say, I couldn't be happier with the service I received at all levels and am thrilled to have a like new pair of binos in hand that will easily function at a very high level for at least another 25 years.
