"I sent a brand new iPad to these people. They let me know it was received - and this was after a couple of weeks. They asked me to accept a slightly lower price, which, because of all the hassles, I did. That was on Sept 1st. I wrote them on Sept 12 and got no reply. Their website is gone, their Facebook page is gone. And so is my iPad and any money owed to me. SCAMMERS!!!!! I am sick over losing this and advise anyone with any intention of dealing with these people to NOT DO IT. Simply drop your electronic in a dumpster and you will have the same results!! I don't see any recourse - unless someone else has a better idea??"

"Communication was okay, but I got my check for my iPad 2 after a few days. They paid the highest out of everyone else. I would recommend them, but after trying to log in to my account the site seemed to be down. Not sure what happened but I would have used again and refer to others!"

"Sent my iPhone 5 in for resale. Initially told box was being processed, told a week later that the box had arrived damaged with a note from the post office that they were looking in to, and told a week after that that the box had arrived empty. All of this information came from me contacting them; they never returned my calls. They eventually agreed to pay me anyway, but I never received a check. Now, when I attempt to contact them, their phone is disconnected and their website no longer works. Interestingly, when I look them up on FB, I see a photograph of someone who referred to the site as "my company" post a picture of his new Range Rover. Stick with Gazelle; they may offer a bit less money, but at least they don't scam you!"
