"When I ordered my stuff from them it said in Stockton 4/2/24 and it is now 4/11/24 so I called them and asked were is my stuff and they go to say our website are not Accurate and that it is back ordered and will not ship till 4/17/24 and that's a maybe but after looking at other reviews this seems to be a Issue with everybody's older.I will never ever buy from these people again"

"If I could give no stars.. trust me I would. 1 star is being extremely generous. Without reading reviews on the company, I placed an order for 2 front bilstein 5100 shocks. 2 weeks went by and no shipping info. I called and called for atleast an explanation and they couldn't give me one. I then asked for a refund. Turns out they never processed it and guaranteed it'll be processed. Again, called and it was never processed. I gave up with the company and called my bank. Thankfully I have a great bank and disputed the charge and got my money back. Do NOT shop here

"I ordered a pair of very expensive shocks from them, when it took almost two months without receiving them I decided to call and find out why. I was told that one or more parts to my order was on back order and I could not be given a time frame of when i would get them. because my product was a special order no refund was available to me. We have now waited four months to get my shocks, they have made zero effort to a sure me they are on the way or doing anything to follow up with their customer and they left me on hold for 20 minutes until quitting time then just hung up on me!!! In short their performance would lead me to discourage anyone from using them ever!!!!"
"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. As I assure you they dont even care! Ordered a product over 10 days ago, no tracking, no communication. Sent an email to find out where is my product, gues what... NO response. I called and spoke with them, after waiting on hold the female on the phone could have cared less about my troubles. Stated the package wasnt even shipped out yet... 11 days later, are you kidding me. I asked to cancel the order and was 10 TEN days to get a refund. Never again will I ever consider ordering, they heard how angry I was with this issue and didnt care less. However, it was shipped a week later with no communication what so ever. Even after contacting them twice about getting shipping details, I still never heard from them.
