Update Delivered wrong HP 1012 cartridges after 3 weeks.

"Ordered 2 cartridges for HP 1012 and was charged January 14. They were labeled for UPS, but not sent to UPS for 2 weeks.
Then I received 2 of the wrong cartridges. I'm sending them back for refund: $64.29. We'll see what happens next.

Fraudulent Company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"They list an American office but there is no way anyone can connect to them anyway except SKYPE or a linked phone number.
Today they called and ask of office staff to email copies of a driver's license and both sides of the individuals credit card! No legitimate business would ask for such things. Reported them to the local police and filing to federal authorities.

RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE!

"I ordered two toner cartridges for my printer (TN-660) they mailed me two TN-100 and then "accepted" a return provided I pay return postage and pay them 20% of the order. Their customer service is awful. They blamed the error on Nextag.com."

"There's something very unsavory about them. They do not list any phone #'s on their websites or public listings. Even my bank card processor could not find any contact info. I even tried calling their parent company, SURPLUSTONER.com six times, at 1-***-***-**** but got put on hold then hung up on, no matter which dept I dialed, same hang-up. Impossible to reach them by email too, they just ignore it. I needed to cancel an order because minutes after I placed it, via the Web, we found these spare copier parts in our supply closet. No matter how I tried to reach them, it was impossible to get a response. They do NOT want to be reached and don't care about customer service. Keep away from them, serious mistrust and caution advised. Don't know if I'll ever get through nor whether my order will be properly handled? May have to contact the FTC."

"I ordered and paid for six HP inkjet cartridges. Four cartridges were shipped to me, in two separate deliveries. I never received the outstanding two cartridges and SurplusToner customer support ignores my emails and doesn't respond. I requested that they either ship the remaining two cartridges and fulfill the order or refund my money for the two cartridges. All my emails have been ignored and the company does not provide a phone number for customer support. Unless they resolve this order to my satisfaction I have to rate them as a typical scam or bait and switch company."
