"It took over 2 weeks to receive my order.
I usually deal with lucky gunner and if I order on Monday it's usually on my porch by the weekend.
The couple $ I saved wasn't worth the wait.

Missing items. No response

"My order was missing items. Also the mutiple items were just thrown in one baggy and put in an envelope. So maybe their poor packing was the reason I was missing items. Either way I sent 2 emails and they never got back to me. **** poor service. And quite a rip-off when they don't send you things you've paid for "

"ordered an ar lower on a sat 1/20/2018 the order did not even begin to move until 1/29 7 days later sure they as a lot of others do is print a ship label to i guess "appease" people wondering when the heck their order will ship. then after being charged fedex air rate for shipping it was sent ups ground only to show up on 2/6 ! 13 working days from order to arrival is terrible , as bad as these online companies want buyers business they really need to step it up on service !! both shipping and customer,as i attempted to call many times to make sure they had all paper needed and only returned one call leaving zero info ! never even responded to an email for petes sake hire some help already !!!"

"Ordered over $600 in miscellaneous supplies. Arrived trashed! Not UPS trashed, packaged trashed! I paid a premium for what I ordered. As a side note, everything on their site is overpriced (.22LR is 30 to 55 cents per round).

What was their response to my return? Either file a claim with UPS or pay a restocking fee. Very rude, condescending, and do not take any responsibility for their products.

The people who work here are living nightmares! Do NOT recommend.

"Bought six "NEW" ammo cans from Surplus Ammo...

one had messed-up paintwork, covered in blotches and chemical stains.

I contacted them, sent an image, and requested a replacement;

they gave me the runaround and no replacement.

Stupid of them, to acquire a poor reputation for the sake of $14.

"I've ordered twice from Surplus Ammo within the past year, and neither time was pleasant. I ordered a stripped receiver from them in March, it took roughly 3 weeks to arrive at my door. I decided to give them one more shot with another receiver. I placed my order on August 24th, received an email stating that it had been shipped on the 27th. I checked tracking the next day, and there was nothing. On the 29th, I received a phone call stating that my item (which had previously been listed as In Stock) was no longer available, and I needed to make an alternate selection. I chose a different part, and the item was "shipped" again. It's now September 4th and UPS is scheduled to deliver on the 6th... 13 total days for a part that should've been put in a box and sent on a truck the same day. Election yea r, gun-buying scare or not, it's unacceptable."

"A group went in together and put an order in which totaled $1300. Shipment delayed. Once order received (was packed well) there was an error. Multiple calls and emails unanswered. To say poor customer service would be a gross understatement. I would rather have poor customer service than "no" customer service. Unbelievable. Spend your money elsewhere. "
