Used clothes and waste of money

"I bought chino pants from surffanatics and they obviously were worn before and the pants didnt fit due to the fact that whoever wore them before me shrunk them in the dryer. Don't waste your money."

"I am stationed in South Korea and have and APO address. If you order anything, even just board shorts, it will take about two months to get to you. Plus, I had three different orders on three different dates and they combined them and shipped them all at the same date. My order date was April 29th the estimated delivery date is June 24th. Really, this is standard in this day and age? I routinely order things from Amazon, Macy's, and other companies and it only takes them about two weeks. Zappos took about a week! If you are a service member or stationed overseas think twice before ordering with this company. Also, Killerdana is Surffanatics!"

"They claim 100% customer satisfaction and a no hassle return policy. They say refunds will be given within 10 business days. I mailed my shorts back just shy of three weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I have sent two emails wondering where my refund is with no response. They promise a response within one business day. If i don't get a refund by this weekend, I will see if my bank can do a chargeback on my card. If they refuse to even communicate with me, this is what they deserve. You cannot hold onto a customer's money for as long as you like when you have a stated policy of no more than ten business days--especially with zero communication/response to my concerns. Keeping my money for over two weeks is a hassle. Customer service = non-existent."

"I would like to write a review of this site because I would like them to know that they need to improve their shipping services a LOT. They have a great solection of items and the prices are fair, but the main problem is that their shipping services are awfull. They only ship by DHL withot tracking number for international orders and in most of the cases the orders never arrives. I have tried to order from them 7 times, and only twice I received the order after three(!!!) months of long waiting. I must say that I wasn't expecting anymore for them to arrive, it was a total surprise. From the products that did arrive I have to say that hey are very high quality, I loved them. Also the site has a great selection of products, wich makes me come to visit the webstore daily to check for the new arrivals. The frustating part is that I already know that I can't order any of them and only lasts for me to wish the items. I hope they don't get offended because of this negative review I am writing about them. I just wanted to be heard by them somehow. I have tried to contact them and persueded them to offer USPS shipping services, but by their replys I can tell they don't care too much about international costumers. I order a lot of stuff from ebay buyers and other online stores, and I never had problems with USPS shipping services. I always receive orders within a month by USPS. I tried to convince Surffanatics.com staff that USPS would be a great solution to ship internationally but I had no success. Well I think that is all I wanted to share with you guys planning to order some good from them. Be aware that international orders will be shipped by DHL and there won't have a tracking number. It only lasts for me to hope that someday they start to ship the orders by USPS. There is so many stuff I would like to buy from them, I want to spend a LOT of money with them but they just seem not to care at all. This is a review of my experience, I think they might be much better when shipping inside USA. Again, this is just an attempt to be heard by them so they can improve their shipping options, I hope they don't get mad at me for writing this bad review of them."
