1) BE AWARE - HIDDEN FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE.
I bought it with my BOA credit card, US, and got charged foreign transaction fee.
2) Seller doesn't have a phone # for customer support. So the only way you can get in touch with them - email.
3) They sent me a totally different item then what I've ordered - different brand, cheaper product.
4) It took them about a week to ship it out.
Won't be dealing with them again. "
"Be very careful when shopping on this website. They have pictures of products that are not accurate (deceiving) and wont provide a phone number for customer service. When after a week I did not receive my product, I sent them an email- they stated that it would be another 2 weeks to get what I ordered but I could upgrade for immediate delivery. "First thing is that I got charged for $8.50 fee for US debit card (Bank of America) because they bill you from WINNIPEG, MB in Canada. Not a big deal, just fui, have no idea is it bank-specific or general.
I was hoping to buy Ragim/G&H Fox Custom longbow from Supreme Archery. I placed the order, got charged, got a receipt so it seemed alright. After a week of silence I wrote to customer support asking when should I expect the bow, since they claim 6-10 days shipping. Only THEN I was told that the bow is on backorder and it should (no guarantee) arrive in a week (so it's two weeks already BEFORE shipping) and then, if it arrives, it will be shipped. That was an unpleasant surprise and since they had no similar bow to which I could upgrade, I canceled the order.
From positive side I must point out that email responses arrive in a day (average), which I consider pretty good. Also there were absolutely no problems with canceling and refund (though it took a week or so for money to arrive to the account).

Website is not friendly - it took me hours to choose the arrows. It's ok to buy one thing you know you need, but to pick something from 10-20 pages of stuff is a pain."
"Great company to order from. We ordered our son a bow that was on back order but with great commuication from them providing us with updates we knew we chose the right company. Many companies do not do this- its just order placed- backorder- weeks go by and than you see your money has been refunded with no communication. With Supreme Archery you got great service and fast responses! I would order from them again and highly reccomend them to others."

"I ordered two items from Supreme Archery. Arizona Fletching Jigs. They had some issues getting the items in from their supplier that slowed down the delivery process. HOWEVER......every email I sent asking about the status was responded to quickly and pleasantly...It was like talking to my local Outfitter in email form......anyone who's dealt with online purchases knows that you don't always get great service when things go wrong.
