"I ordered a pack of 4 20x21.5 filters through Amazon. I received one filter that was 20x21.5. The other three are 21x22. I have installed the 20x21.5. The 21x22 do not fit. I would like to order them again but am afraid I will get the wrong size again."

"Yes, I hit the "Submit" button to buy the product. 30 minutes later, I hit the "Cancel" button and 30 minutes later I get a "We have shipped your item" email. I know with most business that UPS does not do pickups till later in the day, but not at 7am. What a sneaky way to take my money anyway then want to send me an email that they want $15+ to return a $25 product that was $5 over priced in the first place. If your reading this, then you want to know the truth about this company. If you absolutely could not find it locally, then as a last resort, I say you buy it. AS A LAST RESORT. But don't expect them to be fair on returns...Buyer Beware..."

"I ordered two of the three-pack Brother high-yield ink cartridges on a Monday afternoon. I received them promptly on Wednesday, only to realize I had ordered two three packs of black ink-cartriges rather than one pack of black and one pack of color cartridges that I needed! I contacted SupplyBuy and told them that I really needed these for my office by Monday. The customer service agent was very helpful, gave me a return shipping address and told me they would go ahead and ship the replacement, even though I had not returned them yet! I received the color ink by Friday, just 4 days after my initial order.
