"Ordered some monster milk from here today and used the price match. The site accepted the price match and immediately said "verified". I placed the order the price matched plus shipping. I noticed I was eligible for the free shaker so I went back and made the change. Shipping went up after I added the free shaker. BEWARE! the site offers many things for free with your purchase but will tack it on to the new shipping price!! A few hours later I get an email telling me they couldnt match the price and made 'adjustments accordingly'. This means they charged me another $8 to my credit card! I called the customer service # and was told some mumbo jumbo about the competitor. I asked then why was my price match 'verified' and accepted? No answer. I was told my refund was under review. I filed a complaint with the Wisonsin BBB after i got off the phone. This place is a total scam."

"This company makes false promises to match competitor's prices, which they do not honor after you place the order. Once they have already gone through the process of ordering and paying with their credit card, most customers would rather pay the higher price than go through the cancellation process and reordering some place else. Their online price match tool is a hoax to lure customers to place orders with this company. When I entered in a lower price offered by a competitor into their Price Match tool, it accepted the lower price. They offered me several products which were past their "Best before" date (some as much as 4 and a half years past their use by date) for free or for a very nominal price. I selected a few of those products and completed the purchase. A few hours later they emailed me that they will not honor the Price Match and gave me some BS that the competitor was making up for the lower price by charging a higher shipping cost. When I objected to them charging my credit card with the higher price, they canceled my order, giving me another BS excuse that the product I had ordered was "on long term backorder by the manufacturer" and that they would refund my credit card. I will not shop at this company ever again. "

"The price-match feature is awesome, and it is also great that they offer a lot of freebies. However, don't fall for their promises about fast shipping! IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. Supplement Warehouse will take about a week to ship the order, and then UPS ground will take an additional few or more days. This is extremely frustrating, since they promise fast shipping will be ensured by their high shipping fees.

They can also be a bit fuzzy about their price match policy. They will sometimes reject a price match after the fact, but won't tell you why specifically. This will result in a more expensive order and an additional delay.

"Great Price products are no deal if they never show up on time and worse when met with an indifferent customer service team. These guys lost my order twice. When prompted to get it moving, there was no apology for the inconvience and worse no effort to speed up the process. Your order is of little interest to them after they get your money. Want to test these accusations? Email ****@**** and request a copy of the many emails between me and them to learn first hand for yourself. "

"Ordered some Vitamin D 1000IU Sunny Gummies and when I opened the bottle the gummies were melted into 1 giant gummy blob. After a customer service inquiry I was informed that "Melted chocolate bars and other products that can melt are shipped at
your own risk and are non-refundable". If they can't guarantee that their product will arrive in usable condition they shouldn't sell it. They've lost my future business.

"I would never order from this company. I placed my order October 13, 2011 and it is now October 19, 2011 and order still has not been shipped. I wrote an email and got a very vague response back so I decided to call Customer Service today to see what was going on and when my order would be shipped because they state that they ship out 24-48 hours after order is placed. Customer Service informed me that my order would probably not ship out until at least October 22, 2011 because all of my items were special order items! It did not say anything about that when I placed the order and you think that someone would have contacted me and told me that or at least responded to my email with that info. I asked them to cancel my order because I could have ordered from another company and received my order already. They said they would cancel it but could not provide me with any confirmation # at this time that I cancelled it so we will see what happens with that or if I ever get my money refunded. Not pleased at all with the service of this company and would never order from them again and caution other people as well."

"i ordered on the fifteenth it is now the 23rd and still not shipped? i payed twenty bucks for shipping which is the most iv ever payed anywhere and the shipping is taking the longest iv ever had to wait for an online order to ship from anywhere. i ordered something from another country and it got here faster. this place is terrible!"

"I originally placed this order without any problem. However when the order was shipped it was shipped via UPS to my billing address, which is a P.O. Box. Whether it was through error of mine or not, supplementwarehouse.com never made an attempt to contact me to ask for a different shipping address. They shipped my order to my P.O. Box, knowing that UPS doesn't ship to P.O. Boxes. The day of delivery, I don't know how or why, someone, I don't know who, made the decision that since they couldn't ship to my P.O. Box, instead of shipping back to the supplementwarehouse.com, they decided to ship to my old address, where I no longer resided. When I contacted supplementwarehouse.com, I spoke with Lisa Courtney, who had no clue what was going on, but offered to re-ship my order. Granted, this all took forever, and I was not pleased with the fact that my order got lost, Lisa, did come through and even substituted 6 30 servings of Xtend because the flavor I wanted was out in the 90 servings container. I was a little unimpressed with the fact that my order was not express shipped due to the error, but I guess the free shake cup makes up for it. I wasn't pleased with the experience, and I don't know if I'll order from them again, but I give credit to Lisa and her customer service for getting things done, despite numerous roadblocks."

"Ordered on a Saturday. Called them Tuesday afternoon to find out if they were going to ship the order or I'd order elsewhere (I still had time to get it by the endof the week). They said it would ship that afternoon or Wednesday morning (which meant I'd get it by Friday). Called on Wednesday to confirm and they said they thought it would ship that day, but they'd get back in touch with me. They didn't. Thursday morning I call, they put me on hold, then say it should ship by the end of the day. I asked if they would upgrade the shipping due to the misleading "most orders ship within 24-48 hours" on their website and she told me that wasn't their policy. I told them if it doesn't ship today like she said then I want to cancel the order. I get a tracking number later Thursday, but it doesn't actually ship until Friday. Won't get until mid-next-week. I can name 3 other companies that would have sent within 2 days of ordering. I'm unimpressed. Amazon "subcribe and save" meets or beats their prices and I've never waited longer than 24 hours. Too much competition in this industry to deal with being misled.

"I just received my first order today from Supplement Warehouse. The shipping prices are completely inflated based on how long it takes for the order to arrive. When the order arrived I noticed on my receipt that if there was an expiration date it was well passed the present date! It's the weekend so I have to wait until Monday to call customer service. I am not a satisfied customer. I recommend looking at the expiration dates on your products."

"First let me tell you that I was blown away at what they charged me for shipping. 2 things of Jack and a 90 pill thing of OxyElite Pro shipping was $19.98. If you are prepared to pay TOP DOLLAR prices for shipping then come here. I'm deployed to Afghanistan and I have an FPO AE address. So its the same as shipping in the states. The price of the products are below, however the shipping will get you."
