"I ordered a few bottles of supplements and at the check out I opted for USPS priority shipping ,as to receive my supplements faster, which was more expensive as the UPS shipping. Not by much but nonetheless more. The next day I received a confirmation that my package was shipped with UPS. I immediately send out an e-mail stating that I didn't pay for UPS but had opted for USPS and to rectify this. I didn't get an answer until the next day which plainly told me that they only ship UPS since they had to many problems with USPS. Very short and brief. Not even a mention they would refund the extra I paid for USPS. The least they could have done was offer me something in return. After another angry e-mail exchange they still didn't offer me any refund but gave me a 20% coupon to use on purchasing other products before the end of the month. You are warned. It's a great bait web site with only devious intentions. Their products are great but that's where it ends. For me this is deception and fraud. If they don't use USPS anymore then they should remove the option from their shipping choices."
